Delivery Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

Our products are digital. This policy explains how rentals are provisioned and how orders are delivered.

1. Digital delivery

All Rental SMM Panel products are digital. There is no physical shipment. Delivery means provisioning a rented product or fulfilling an order placed within the platform.

2. Rental provisioning timelines

Once we receive your branding, domain and supplier details, we provision your white-label product. Most rentals go live within days.

Timelines can vary based on how quickly domain and DNS changes propagate, the number of suppliers connected at launch, and the completeness of the information you provide.

3. Order fulfilment

Orders placed on the platform are fulfilled according to the type of product:

  • SMM services are routed to your connected supplier and delivered on the supplier's timeline, with status updates flowing back to the customer.
  • Digital keys, codes and downloads are issued automatically from inventory on confirmed payment.
  • OTT subscriptions are activated for the stated validity period.

4. Payment confirmation

Delivery begins after payment is confirmed. UPI payments are matched to the corresponding order or wallet top-up, and USDT payments are verified on-chain before fulfilment. On-chain confirmation times can vary by network conditions.

5. Delays and failures

If a supplier is temporarily unavailable or an order cannot be delivered, the order is marked accordingly and the amount is returned to the customer's wallet balance. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Your responsibilities as an operator

You are responsible for maintaining sufficient supplier balances, keeping inventory stocked, and setting accurate service descriptions and delivery expectations for your own customers.

7. Contact

For delivery questions, open a support ticket or reach us through the channels on our Contact page.
