Crypto Payment Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
We accept USDT via receiving addresses we control, verified on-chain. Crypto payments are irreversible — please read carefully.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Rental SMM Panel handles cryptocurrency payments, primarily USDT (Tether). It applies to rental fees and to orders funded with crypto on the platform.
2. Receiving addresses only
We only ever provide receiving addresses that we control for accepting payment. We will never ask you to send funds to an address shared through unofficial channels, and we do not custody or manage crypto on your behalf beyond confirming payment.
Always confirm the address and network shown at checkout before sending. Sending to the wrong address or on the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds.
3. On-chain verification
Crypto payments are verified on-chain. We check that a transaction matching the expected amount and network has been confirmed before an order is credited or a rental is activated.
Because verification depends on network confirmations, there can be a short delay between sending a payment and it being credited. Under-payments and over-payments are reconciled against your wallet balance.
4. Irreversibility
Crypto transactions are irreversible. Once a payment is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed or charged back. This protects operators from fraudulent chargebacks, but it also means mistakes cannot be undone.
Where a refund is due, it is issued to your wallet balance rather than reversed on-chain, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. Network and fees
You are responsible for any network (gas) fees required to send a payment, and for selecting the correct network shown at checkout. We are not responsible for losses caused by using an unsupported network or incorrect address.
6. Compliance
You must not use crypto payments for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any unlawful purpose. We may decline or reverse provisioning where a payment appears connected to prohibited activity.
7. Not financial advice
Nothing in this policy or on the Service constitutes financial, investment or tax advice. Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate, and you are solely responsible for understanding the tax and regulatory treatment of crypto in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional if you are unsure.
8. Contact
For questions about crypto payments, reach us through the channels on our Contact page before sending funds if anything is unclear.
