This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the white-label SMM panel rental service provided by RentalSMMPanel ("we", "us", "our").
1. Subscriptions & Billing
Your panel is rented on a subscription basis and billed in advance for each cycle you choose (for example monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically for the same cycle until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not end your current paid cycle.
- Your panel stays active until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.
3. Refund Eligibility
For a new subscription, if we are unable to provision or deliver a working panel, or the panel is materially non-functional and we cannot resolve the issue within three (3) business days of your written report, you may request a full refund of that billing cycle.
4. What Is Non-Refundable
- Unused time in a cycle that has already started (cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge);
- renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date;
- one-time setup, migration, or custom-development fees;
- charges connected to a violation of our Terms of Service, abuse, or fraudulent chargebacks;
- funds or top-ups you paid directly to third-party SMM providers.
5. Third-Party Provider Balances
Any balance you load with a third-party SMM provider connected to your panel is governed by that provider's own policies, not ours, and is not refundable by us.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your account details and the payment reference within seven (7) days of the charge. We will review and respond within three (3) business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (such as UPI or crypto). Depending on your provider or network, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
